With summer in full swing, let’s cool down a bit. I hope this image makes you feel like you’re standing in front of an air conditioner on full blast. That’s what it was like in Siberia at the Baikal Mile, just before the shutdown got going. (Sean and I made it back to the States in the nick of time!)

And so we have here the Sultan of Sprint himself, Sebastien Lorentz of Lucky Cat Garage of Chartres, France piloting “Appaloosa”, the beautiful Indian Scout Bobber by Brice Hennebert of Workhorse Speed Shop in Belgium.  He’s on his way back after making a pass on the mile long track on the largest fresh water lake in the world. I know I get chills just looking at this, but I was there and remember how cold it could get. Whether you feel the cold or not, please consider getting yourself to this  wonderful event next year. It was incredible, and I know it will just keep getting better.
