This torrential downpour burst on a Wednesday afternoon during a concert at a Ranch just north of Sturgis. Most people stayed put, hoping it would pass quickly but some went for it. The rain turned to hail and hurt. People laugh as they recall being caught like this and the feeling, like pins piercing your face and the “wet” that goes all the way through. It’s anything but funny when you’re in it.
